Welcome to Eat! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Eat mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eat is a meal planning app that helps you track pantry items, create grocery lists, plan meals with AI suggestions, and track nutrition.
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and be responsible for all activity under your account.
Eat Pro offers premium features including advanced AI meal planning and cloud sync.
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a license to store and sync your content to provide the service.
Prohibited: Unlawful use, reverse engineering, interference with the App, uploading malicious content.
⚠️ Important: AI suggestions are for informational purposes only. Nutritional information is estimated. Recipes should be reviewed. AI may produce inaccurate results.
No Medical Advice: Eat does not provide medical, health, or nutritional advice. Consult professionals before making dietary changes.
Allergen Warning: You are responsible for verifying ingredients are safe for you. AI may not account for all allergens or cross-contamination.
The App integrates with Apple, Google Cloud, and RevenueCat. Use of these services is subject to their terms.
Eat is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or errors in AI-generated content. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may terminate access for violation of Terms, extended inactivity, or at our discretion with notice. You may export data before termination.
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or email.
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive class action rights.
